Kshar Sutra (Ksharsutra) is a highly clinical, time-tested Ayurvedic para-surgical technique for managing complicated anorectal conditions. Daily Warm Sitz Bath
Sit in a tub of warm water containing rock salt or alum for 10-15 minutes after bowel movements. This reduces pain, relaxes muscles, and keeps the area sterile.

High Fiber & Hydrated Diet
Consume plenty of leafy vegetables, whole fruits, and drink 3-4 liters of water daily. Avoid hard stools which can pull on the therapeutic thread.

Regular Thread Dressing Change
Visit the clinic weekly for Dr. Ravindra to check progress and replace the Kshar Sutra thread. The thread change takes only 2 minutes and requires no anesthesia.
